Rainbow Cloud ,heading south of Seattle

Never have i seen a rainbow cloud before. as we drove south of seattle heading towards green water we saw this little fella-
having had no internet connection or phone service for our time there we had no news of this cloud in the media and people relating it to earthquakes etc.
thats fine as it seemed a greta omen for our journeys as we headed south to one of our favorite areas the mountains, mt rainer in particular.
