in this bit of forest we were alerted to look beneath the trees to see the anthills. but in this sign posting they failed to say that actually you should look the hell out and steer clear because not only are the ant hills bigger then you - yes thats right bigger wider taller they are big but not only this but also that we found out at a sign spotted near the end of our walk they are biting red ants. which explains why when stood still for any bit of time our dog was losing his rag, poor lad a hopping dog is not a comfortable dog. so they were big and totally alive - swarming and seething with life ants galore.

the gold filter gives everything a 1950's feel so far at least. these were the are some of our first images with the filter so far. i kinda love the skin tones.
